Engineer’s Estimate $8,774,000.00: Demolition of existing play equipment, pathways, restroom building, and trees; Water pollution control and site protection measures; Tree removal and protection measures; Construct new custom play equipment and safety surfacing, new pre­ engineered restroom, new picnic structure and concrete pad, new pedestrian pavements, raised boardwalk, water feature, fencing, site furnishings, irrigation, planting, site utilities (water,sewer,stormwater drainage), signage,lighting and other specified improvements ; Construct new utility service connections in ROW of El Camino Real, State Route 82, under Encroachment Permit and jurisdiction of California Department of Transportation; Traffic and pedestrian control throughout construction.
