Engineers Estimate: $2,300,000 (Base Bid)

Engineer's Estimate: $222,000 || As shown in the COMMUTER SHUTTLE STOP IMPROVEMENTS plans and required by these specifications and special provisions, this project includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for completion of the project.

Engineer's Estimate: $294,147 || MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting : Tuesday Feb 18, 2025 @ 11 AM || This project includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for constructing concrete stairway, including a prefabricated steel section, on a hillside located within a twelve-foot wide city right-of-way. Construction includes excavation and earthwork, construction of stairways and metal handrails, installation of bollard lights and miscellaneous drainage improvements.

Engineer's estimate: $600,000.00

ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $365,214.00 | The work includes traffic control, potholing, sawcutting, removal, disposal, and reconstruction of AC roadway sections, removal and reconstruction of concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, and curb ramps, removal and reconstruction of storm drain catch basin with connections, installation of bio-retention planters within the sidewalk, installation of subdrain system, installation of decorative railing, replacement of sanitary sewer manhole frame and cover, replacement of utility boxes, removal and application of pavement striping and markings, installation of pedestrian safety markers, speed bumps, and painted bulb-outs, and other work as shown on the plans or as specified in the specifications.

Engineers Estimate: $1,800,000 | This project includes striping removal, pavement grinding, localized asphalt concrete repair, asphalt overlays, pavement reconstruction, curb ramp installment/replacement, installation of traffic striping and markings, installation of traffic signage, and grade adjustments. | Questions are due to the City by February 13, 2025 at 2pm.

Engineers Estimate: $825,000

Engineer’s Cost Estimate: $285,117 | In general, this project includes park improvements, parking improvements, and ADA improvements. Park improvements include, but not limited to, new swings, picnic tables, a new plaza, additional split rail fencing, drinking fountain, seat walls, a bulletin board, accent planting, bike racks, trash receptacles, and an ADA independent rider. Parking improvements include, ADA improvements, such as, but not limited to, altering the existing two (2) parallel parking stalls to three (3) angled parking stalls, one of which being an ADA van accessible parking stall.

The work includes, but is not limited to: Rehabilitating approximately 3,257 feet of existing 14” steel main with new flexible fabric reinforced pipe liner, welding new steel pipe to existing for installation of liner connectors and pipeline appurtenances, conducting CCTV inspection and cleaning of existing main prior to installation of liner; excavation, shoring, and backfill of liner installation pits; installing one (1) combination air vacuum/release valve, providing auxiliary bypass pump and piping; site cleaning, restoration, and removal of debris, equipment, and excess material from the sites upon completion of work; and other work as shown on Drawings. All work items shall be constructed in accordance with the contract plans and specifications. Bidding Documents contain the full description of the Work.
