This project comprises a comprehensive upgrade to the exiting tennis courts infrastructure. The work includes, but is not limited to repairing exposed asphalt areas, including leveling surfaces, filling and sanding cracks, and applying multiple coats of acrylic resurfacer and color. Additionally, this project includes painting net posts, reusing or replacing nets, and striping four tennis courts and two pickleball courts.

Engineer’s Estimate: $ 122,000 | This project includes striping removal, concrete, curb, and paver removal, concrete curb installation, installation of pavers, installation of traffic striping and markings and grade adjustments.

Engineer’s estimate: $2.0 million || The Project is located at 123 31st Ave., San Mateo, CA 94403, and is described as follows: Protection of existing trees, demolishing existing play equipment and pathways, excavation and grading, installing play equipment, play area safety surfacing, new pathway paving, park lighting upgrades, improvements to the storm water drain system, site furnishings, synthetic turf, irrigation, and landscaping.

This project comprises a comprehensive upgrade to the exiting sports field lighting infrastructure across multiple city sports fields. The work includes, but is not limited to site preparation, safe removal and disposal of existing fixtures(including PCB management), foundation preparation for new poles, and the installation of code-compliant LED lighting to Illuminating Engineering Society(IES) standards. Thorough testing and commissioning, coupled with stringent safety protocols.

Engineer's Estimate: $222,000 || As shown in the COMMUTER SHUTTLE STOP IMPROVEMENTS plans and required by these specifications and special provisions, this project includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for completion of the project.
