Engineers Estimate: $500,000 | The general scope of work includes but is not necessarily limited to the construction of new EV charger station infrastructure installation which includes obtaining an encroachment permit; electrical provisions for the connection of new EV charging station equipment including providing new switchboard, panelboard and transformer equipment, construction of a new gravel-filled median island for electrical equipment, electrical equipment pads, and EV charger pads; installation of wheel stops; installation of permanent, removable, and surface mount bollards; removal and replacement of existing fencing; landscape restoration; concrete curbs; paving; and striping of the parking lot.
