SBWMA Admin Office Tenant Improvement Project

Engineer's Estimate: $1,100,000.000 | Work includes constructing private offices, a kitchenette, a conference room, two single occupant restrooms (one of which is accessible), storage space, a flex space, an accessible lift, a metal framed second floor, stairs to the second floor, a private room on the second floor, new mechanical system (ducts, registers, roof equipment, zoning boxes), new electrical (off of existing panels), new plumbing, modify fire sprinkler system, new lighting, floor finishes, acoustic baffles, and paint. Coordinate and install low voltage infrastructure with owner. Work shall be completed within 180 Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run.
