Engineer's Estimate: $2,417,087 || The project is an accessibility and energy efficiency improvement project for the existing 2-story Serramonte Library building that was built in 1975. The scope of work includes installation of a new elevator to connect the upper and lower levels of the library, replacement of the existing interior lighting of the upper and lower levels including a new drop ceiling and associated fire sprinklers, renovations of the lower level restrooms to be ADA compliant, and replacement of the existing roof mounted mechanical air handler units and associated roof.

Engineer's Estimate: $6,200,000.00 || The work includes, but is not limited to: mobilization, traffic control, water pollution control, dust prevention and control, site cleanup, asphalt concrete grinding/removal, asphalt concrete installation, asphalt concrete base repair, ADA ramp construction, utility cover lowering & restoring to grade, loop detector replacement, striping removal & replacement at various locations Citywide.

Engineers Estimate: $115,000.00 || Items of work include but are not limited to: • Provide submittals for owner review for all materials. • Surface preparation and installation of interior coating in the interior of new manway hatches being welded in under separate contract on two contact clarifier tanks. • Surface preparation and installation of exterior coating on two contact clarifier tanks. • Surface preparation and installation of exterior coating on three filter tanks. • Surface preparation and installation of exterior coating on one coagulation tank. • Provide containment and disposal for lead based paint as required by laws and regulations based on lead testing results provided by owner. • Coordination of schedule with separate welding project for contact clarifier work.

Engineer's Estimate: $1,923,560.89 || The work includes the installation of PVC C-900 Class 305 DR14 pipe water main and all appurtenances, abandonment of existing water main and all appurtenances, replacement and reconnection of existing fire hydrant(s), installation of new fire hydrant(s), traffic control and maintenance of pedestrian access, import of clean fill, removal and replacement of asphalt concrete and PCC concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, and curb ramps within the project limits, and other work as shown on the plans or as specified in the specifications.

Engineer’s Estimate: $3,304,517.75 || The work includes but not limited to the removal of existing thermoplastic striping and markings, crack sealing, asphalt concrete deep-lift repairs, street cleaning, application of slurry seal, installation of thermoplastic striping and markings, installation of signs, installation of safety bar channelizers, replacement of sanitary sewer manhole frame and covers, replacement of water valve box and covers, replacement of monument box and covers, adjustment of SSMH and SDMH frame and covers and other utility covers to finished grade as directed by the engineer.

Engineer's Estimate: $85,000 || This Public Works Contract consists of improvements at Owner’s Nunes Treatment Plant Hypochlorite Room Improvements Project located at 500 Lewis Foster Drive, Half Moon Bay, California, 94019 per the Construction Documents, including but not limited to installation of Owner-furnished Sodium Hypochlorite Generator, air blower, and hydrogen detector; plumbing piping and supports; construction of reinforced concrete equipment pad; electrical work; floor spall repair, and chemicalresistant coating application.

Engineer's Estimate: $1.2-$1.4M | The Work shall include the following modifications, replacements and improvements: • Design, furnish, install, disassemble and hand over temporary bypass system; • Furnish and install new isolation knife gate valve on the manifold; • Furnish and install new ball valve; • Construct new flow meter vault with associated fittings and sump pump; • Connect new flowmeter to the control room and sump pump to existing panel inside pump house; • Leak test and hydrostatic pressure test of the new components and sub-systems; • Field calibration of flowmeter; • Final testing and commissioning of the project as a fully functional and operational system; • Cleanup and restoration of the construction work area within the LS59 yard construction zone.

Engineer’s Estimate: $10,955,320 | The work includes, but is not limited to: construct sanitary sewer main by open cut construction; construct water main by open cut construction; remove or abandon existing water mains; remove or abandon existing sewer mains; reconnect all lower laterals; remove and replace sanitary sewer manholes and drop manholes; construct sanitary sewer manholes and drop manholes; sewer flow control; full width pavement grind and overlay; hot mix asphalt base repair and deep lift stabilization; pavement delineation; install curb ramp and driveway approaches; modify or install catch basins and connect to existing storm drain structures; other work as shown on drawings.
