Engineer's Estimate: $2,632,578.00 | The scope of work includes installation of a new elevator to connect the upper and lower levels of the library, replacement of the existing interior lighting of the upper and lower levels including a new drop ceiling and associated fire sprinklers, renovations of the lower level restrooms to be ADA compliant, and replacement of the existing roof mounted mechanical air handler units and associated roof. All work is shown on the project plans and specifications.
